In a remarkable show of support for Nigeria’s vibrant media industry, Igoglobal International Inc. producer and distributors of the Iroko African Root brand, has joined forces with the Nigeria Media Nite Award (NMNA) as an official partner for its 19th Edition, scheduled to hold on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, at B Event Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

THEME: “Safeguarding the Harvest: Unveiling the Role of Agricultural Insurance in Nigeria’s Food Security.”

This year’s 19th edition of the NMNA will bring together leading voices in media, government, and industry to explore how the media can spotlight national development initiatives, particularly in agriculture and food security.

Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Sola Olugbemiro, Convener of the Nigeria Media Nite Award, expressed delight at the support from Igoglobal International Inc., describing the collaboration as a testament to the company’s commitment to promoting indigenous excellence.

“We are happy to get support from this organisation. Having an indigenous company like Igoglobal International Inc., distributors of Iroko African Root, supporting the media industry is a huge plus to our society,” said Mr. Olugbemiro.

Iroko African Root, a proudly Nigerian herbal beverage, has become a household name for its authentic taste, natural energy, and deep connection to African culture. Its partnership with NMNA underscores a shared vision — celebrating resilience, originality, and the voices that drive national progress through media and storytelling.

The Guest Speaker for this year’s edition will be Hon. Yazeed Shehu Danfulani, Managing Director/CEO of the Nigeria Agriculture Insurance Corporation (NAIC), who will shed light on the critical link between agricultural insurance and sustainable food security in Nigeria.

Adding glamour and entertainment to the evening, several notable Nigerian artists and performers are expected to grace the occasion, lighting up the stage and making the night a true celebration of talent, culture, and excellence.

This collaboration between Iroko African Root and the Nigeria Media Nite Award is more than sponsorship — it’s a partnership that celebrates excellence, empowers the media, and uplifts the spirit of the Nigerian people. Together, they’re toasting to a future where indigenous brands and the media unite to tell the authentic Nigerian story.
