JMG Limited, a leading provider of integrated industrial and electromechanical solutions in Nigeria, has completed the installation and commissioning of a high-capacity Kaeser compressed air system for Mamuda, delivering approximately 29 cubic meters of compressed air per minute to support its manufacturing operations and future production expansion.

The project, executed by JMG Industrial, JMG’s specialized air compressor division, involved the design and development of a new compressed air infrastructure tailored to Mamuda’s specific production requirements.

Rather than simply supplying equipment, JMG took a systems-engineering approach to the project, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of Mamuda’s compressed air demand, operating pressure, air quality requirements, storage capacity and anticipated production needs. The assessment provided the basis for designing an integrated solution capable of delivering consistent, reliable and efficient compressed air to the facility.

The completed system comprises two Kaeser CSD 90 compressors, one CSD 130 compressor, two TE 122 refrigeration dryers, a 2,000-litre air receiver tank, line filtration and ECO-DRAIN condensate management components.

Together, the compressors deliver approximately 29m³/min at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar, combining two 45kW units, each delivering 8.45m³/min, with a 75kW compressor delivering 12m³/min. The refrigeration dryers are rated at 16 bar and 12.5 m³/min each, helping maintain the required air quality for the facility’s manufacturing processes.

Speaking on the successful completion of the project, Rao Preetham, Service Manager, JMG Limited, said the installation had undergone comprehensive commissioning and performance testing.

“The Kaeser compressed air system has been successfully commissioned and passed all final tests. We are confident that the installation will provide Mamuda with a reliable and efficient source of compressed air to support its production machinery and future operational requirements.”

The installation was completed on 24 July 2026, followed by final commissioning and testing to verify system performance, pressure stability and operational readiness.

The successful delivery further demonstrates JMG Industrial’s ability to provide end-to-end compressed air solutions for industrial and manufacturing facilities, combining technical assessment, system design, equipment selection, installation, commissioning and after-sales technical support.

With manufacturing operations increasingly dependent on reliable utility infrastructure, JMG’s approach goes beyond equipment supply to deliver solutions designed around the operational realities and growth ambitions of its customers.

JMG Limited provides integrated power, industrial and electromechanical solutions to businesses and institutions across Nigeria. Its capabilities include diesel and gas power generation, solar energy, compressed air systems, electrical infrastructure, HVAC systems, elevators and escalators, logistics and technical support.
