The three aspirants for the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship ticket in Osun State have met with the committee chaired by Kwara Governor AbdulRahman Abdulrazak.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, Moshood Adeoti and Lasun Yusuf met with the committee at the party’s secretariat in Osogbo.
Adeoti, the Ex-Secretary to the State Government, who is the preferred aspirant of Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, arrived the meeting around 6:15pm.
Ex-Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives Lasun Yusuf came in around 6:19pm.
The contestants are Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, who has been endorsed by party members, monarchs and groups; former Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Moshood Adeoti, who is backed by the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola and his group, The Osun Progressives (TOP) and former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Lasun Yusuf.
