As students of primary and secondary schools resume for the third term of the 2025/2026 academic session, the Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Otunba (Dr.) Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede, has warmly welcomed them back with a firm assurance of sustained investment in their future.
The Council Chairman, in a press release issued on the first day of resumption, commended the students for their commitment to their studies and their admirable penchant for learning.
Otunba Oloyede thanked God Almighty for keeping them safe throughout the holiday period and fervently prayed for their continued protection and success as they return to school.
He admonished them to remain focused on their studies and firmly eschew all negative influences, so that they may grow into responsible, visionary future leaders who will shape the destiny of this nation.
“Education is the foundation upon which we build the Oshodi-Isolo of tomorrow,” the Chairman affirmed. “My administration will not relent in ensuring that every child in this local government has access to the quality learning environment they deserve.”
He assured them that his administration will continue to invest in their future by giving education priority attention, and further promised the timely completion of ongoing infrastructural development across schools within the local government.
Otunba further congratulated the teaching and non-teaching staff on the resumption of duties, appealing to them to continue giving adequate attention to the students in their care — while assuring them of his administration’s unwavering support at all times.
