The event brought together key members of staff and management in an engaging and inspiring session facilitated by Mr Atoyebi Oyelere, Head of Commercial at CAP Plc, who led an interactive discussion on the importance of delivering effective customer service. The session was both insightful and enjoyable, giving the team the opportunity to learn, laugh, and share personal experiences about serving customers and providing support beyond the point of purchase.
