The Executive Chairman of Yaba Local Council Development Area,Hon. Dr. Bayo Adefuye has joined the rest of the world to celebrate teachers, the torchbearers of knowledge, the mentors of destiny, and the true nation-builders whose tireless efforts continue to shape the future of our great nation.
Teachers hold a sacred responsibility — they not only impart knowledge, but also mould character, instill discipline, and inspire the spirit of excellence in our children. Through your guidance, our young ones learn to dream, to think, and to lead with integrity. You build the foundation upon which every successful society stands.
Your work often goes unnoticed, yet your impact is immeasurable. Every lesson taught, every word of encouragement, and every act of kindness sows the seeds of greatness in generations to come. You are the light that brightens our world and the strength that keeps our communities growing.
On behalf of the government and good people of Yaba LCDA, I extend my deepest appreciation to all teachers — past and present — for your unwavering service, resilience, and love for humanity. May your strength never wane, your passion never fade, and your rewards never cease.
As we celebrate you today, may God bless your efforts, grant you greater fulfilment in your noble calling, and continue to uplift you as pillars of hope in our society.
Happy Teachers’ Day!
We honour, celebrate, and appreciate you — today and always. 🌍📚💐✨
