Other initiatives include the installation of solar-powered lights for the secretariat environment to ensure the complex is provided with lights at all times, especially at night to deter potential security threats and ensure a safe working environment. Barbed wires have also been installed around the perimeter fence to reduce unauthorized entry, while iron protectors have been mounted on doors and windows to prevent illegal access.
Additionally, identified illegal access points enabled by uncovered drainages have been covered, and the management of the security team has been changed to strengthen security administration.
More importantly, according to Mefor, the access road leading to the secretariat has been rehabilitated, ensuring easy access for easy vehicular movements and better security of the complex.
