A former House of Representatives aspirant, Hon. Mohammed Shokeye has expressed shock over the death of Chief Adebayo Ajeigbe, a foremost leader in Osun PDP.
Hon. Shokeye in a press statement said it was a rude shock when he read of his death this afternoon.
He said no doubt PDP has lost an indefatigable leader whose leadership prowess attracts both old and young, noting “Baba was among the finest and most committed leader, who promotes the interest of Youths, men and women in politics till his last breath.
“He was a role model to some of us who are making efforts to make impact in the lives of our people. Baba doesn’t look down on people. He was always jovial and ready to help where necessary.
“No doubt, Osun PDP is going to miss him, his contributions and leadership prowess.
“I pray that may God give the family fortitude to bear the irreparable loss his death would have caused and I pray that God should accept his return.
