All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asíwájú Bola Tinubu, has commiserated with a former Kano State Governor Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya on the death of his son, Sadiq.
In a statement yesterday in Lagos by his Media Office, the former Lagos State governor said he was greatly saddened to learn of the untimely demise of Sadiq, the son of the Distinguished Senator representing Kano South in the National Assembly, Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya.
“Until his sad passing, Sadiq was a brilliant lawyer and charismatic figure whose discipline and thoughtfulness endeared him to many. Such a loss is no doubt a devastating blow.
“I send my personal heartfelt sympathies to Senator Gaya and the entire members of his family.
“May Allah grant them the fortitude and courage to cope with this painful loss. May He also forgive all of Sadiq’s shortcomings and reward his good deeds. Amin,” Asiwaju Tinubu said.
